The extension icon is missing

Open Chrome's Extensions menu—the puzzle-piece icon near the address bar—then pin PageTidy. You can also confirm that it is installed from the official Chrome Web Store listing.

PageTidy cannot check this page

Chrome blocks extensions from inspecting its own settings pages, new-tab pages, and the Chrome Web Store. Open a normal public https:// website, choose the PageTidy icon, and click “Check this page.”

The page changed but the result did not

Reload the website, wait for the visible page to finish loading, and run the check again. PageTidy reviews the current page only when you click the button; it does not run continuously in the background.

A result looks incorrect

Please email support@sikilab.net with the public page URL, the result title, and what you expected instead. Do not send passwords, private customer information, or access to a production account.

Your page stays private by default

PageTidy does not automatically send us page content, results, screenshots, or browsing history. If you choose to contact support, only the information you put in your email is shared with us. Read the plain-language privacy policy.
